House is like new; built in 2006.   Quality-built with many extras. County utilities, satellite TV, DSL.  A very nice floor plan that flows from living area to eating area to bedrooms and baths.  One area I particularly like is the kitchen with plenty of room for a bar-height table with six chairs that opens through french doors to a formal dining room.

There is space for a Work Room. There are another 2 very large rooms, approximately 20'x20'. We were going to use 1 of these rooms for a Play Room. It has 2 separate big lots for our 2 Stallions, it has a small outdoor riding arena for our daughter to ride in and another small lot for a mare/colt situation. This property is part of a big farm that just went up for sale a few years ago after being in the same family for 100 years! It is beautiful; if you want to live in horse country, this is it!  On a personal note, we are not moving far away ... we are planning, developing and building another home and small horse farm just down the street!
